Coming off a 20 year career in administration in the UK National Health Service followed by a decade as an independent management consultant, Roger chairs the board of Quintadena Ltd, makes sure our business practices and procedures are in order and keeps us up-to-date with relevant legislation whilst guiding the strategic vision of the company in the fast-changing world of 21st century business technology. Roger has many years of experience in business process management, and is available to advise Quintadena clients on improving their own practices and procedures.

With an Oxford Physics degree, an early-career background in large-ticket software development and project management, and a recent MBA from one of Europe's premier business schools, Paul is the technical lead on major projects and acts also as Technical Director. Like Roger, Paul is available to give advice on business process management, both in the context of software deployment and more generally. Paul also heads up the Accounts function within Quintadena.

A Biochemist by early education and training, for the last twenty years Mark has been involved in the deployment of Quotation, Estimating and Business Management software systems into the SME marketplace. Mark manages the day-to-day activities of Quintadena and acts also as Sales Director. He is the usual first point of contact for prospective new clients, and is heavily involved in 1st and 2nd line technical and application support.

Matt does software functionality demonstrations, over the internet and by personal visit, and takes care of installation, configuration and training requirements for our SME clientele. With previous experience in a similar capacity in a software house, Matt is gifted in dealing patiently and effectively with day-to-day software users, including those without advanced computer literacy. When he is in the office Matt gets closely involved with the 1st and 2nd line support of the systems he has installed. Matt is our resident "guru" for the Graphon GO-Global web-enablement solution.

Engineers who are already skilled in a specific software suite are rarely available, and Quintadena is fortunate to have secured the services of Steven as a contracting Engineer. A graduate of Staffordshire University (Internet Technology) Steven spent two years with another QuoteWerks Solutions Partner before starting his own business in 2009. Steven is an expert QuoteWerks engineer, and is also fully trained in the ConnectIT software suite (integration with Sage Line 50), Microsoft CRM and ACT!. Steven should be your first port of call for issues regarding Sage integration and can usually be found in charge of the helpdesk at the “online support” link from this website. When not on duty with Quintadena he spends his time creating websites for all types of businesses, and would welcome your enquiries in this field also.

Geoff writes, tests and deploys Quintadena's own software code. His time is taken up extending and tailoring QuoteWerks by deployment of the comprehensive Application Programming Interface, to ensure that each Quintadena installation meets the precise needs of the customer. He also writes programmes "to order" for clients who require bespoke solutions entirely separate from QuoteWerks, and assists Mark and Matt by providing support backup at 3rd line. The nature of Geoff's work, involving concentrated study and focus, is such that we try not to call him to the phone more than absolutely necessary.
