| World-Leading QuoteWerks Solutions Partner adopts Autotask for PSA and CRM |
As part of our continuing drive to improve our own internal processes and the customer service that these support, we are adopting AutoTask Professional Services Automation system for our internal use. As well as streamlining internal processes and elimination of potential for human error, we expect to benefit by developing an in-depth knowledge of Autotask functionality and deployment and are looking to develop the skills to implement it for our own customers.

Very useful for summarizing the different categories of items on the quote like total hardware, total software, total service, etc. |
