After 15 years working for global IT and software companies in marketing and sales, Darren now runs Quotini Systems Ltd in the south of England which specialises in sales & quoting software and trades as a Quintadena franchisee under the name of Quintadena Southern. As well as being able to provide local service, Darren also offers many years experience working with sales processes and software tools such as CRM to ensure companies' operations are effective and bring real value to the bottom line.

After a 15 year career in management in the UK National Health Service followed by as much again as an independent management consultant, Roger chairs the board of Quintadena Ltd, makes sure our business practices and procedures are in order and keeps us up-to-date with relevant legislation whilst guiding the strategic vision of the company in the fast-changing world of 21st century business technology.
As well as spearheading our launch into franchising Roger has many years of experience in business process management, and is available to advise Quintadena clients on improving their own practices and procedures.

With an Oxford Physics degree, an early-career background in large-ticket software development and project management, and a recent MBA from one of Europe's premier business schools, Paul is the technical lead on major projects and acts also as Technical Director. Like Roger, Paul is available to give advice on business process management, both in the context of software deployment and more generally. Paul also heads up the Accounts function within Quintadena.

A Biochemist by early education and training, for the last twenty years Mark has been involved in the deployment of Quotation, Estimating and Business Management software systems into the SME marketplace. Mark manages the day-to-day activities of Quintadena and acts also as Sales Director. He is the usual first point of contact for prospective new clients, and is heavily involved in 1st and 2nd line technical and application support.

Matt does software functionality demonstrations, over the internet and by personal visit, and takes care of installation, configuration and training requirements for our SME clientele. With previous experience in a similar capacity in a software house, Matt is gifted in dealing patiently and effectively with day-to-day software users, including those without advanced computer literacy. When he is in the office Matt gets closely involved with the 1st and 2nd line support of the systems he has installed. Matt is our resident "guru" for the Graphon GO-Global web-enablement solution.

Trained in Software Engineering at what is now Birmingham City University, David joined the Quintadena team in December 2010. He is responsible for first line technical and application support and is your first point of contact for help of that nature. Before joining Quintadena David worked for seven years as the dedicated QuoteWerks administrator for one of the UKs largest QuoteWerks users. Whilst fully conversant with all aspects of QuoteWerks, his personal speciality, developed during that phase of his career, is the QuoteWerks product configurator.
